About Explicit
Explicit ApS is a pioneering Danish engineering company specialising in drone-based emissions monitoring, primarily for the oil and gas industry. We deliver reliable, transparent, and actionable emissions data that helps operators measure their emissions and supports authorities in monitoring compliance.
We are headquartered in Virum, Denmark, with offices in Norway, Germany, and Australia. Our international team of around 30 members brings together engineering, data and environmental expertise, united by a shared mission to make a difference in emissions monitoring.
About the role
As our Planner / Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in planning and executing logistics for drone-based emissions measurement campaigns, both onshore and offshore. You will coordinate personnel, equipment, and logistics across borders, ensuring operations are safe, efficient, and compliant.
We are looking for someone who is organised, comfortable navigating changing priorities, and motivated to take ownership beyond what is written in the job description. You will work closely with pilots, engineers, project managers, and clients, and report to Heidi Gåskjenn, Country Manager Norway.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing and rotations for drone pilots and technical personnel.
- Plan and follow up on the transport of drones, sensors, and measurement equipment to onshore and offshore locations.
- Ensure permits, certificates, and operational documentation are in place ahead of mobilisation.
- Communicate with clients, terminals, and authorities regarding access and security.
- Support reporting, non-conformance handling, and continuous improvement of logistics and mobilisation routines.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project management and operations teams as needed.
About you
- Relevant education in logistics, administration, operations, or a similar field.
- Experience from field operations, preferably within oil and gas, maritime, energy or technology environments.
- Interest in or exposure to drone operations and technical equipment is an advantage.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Confident IT user, including Excel and ERP tools.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, which is our company language. Norwegian is a plus but not required.
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position in a fast-growing greentech company with real-world impact.
- Strong opportunities for professional growth within drone operations, field logistics, and environmental technology.
- A flat hierarchy where ideas are heard, initiative is encouraged, and responsibility comes early.
- A close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, trust, and learning.
- Competitive benefits including paid pension, health insurance, parental leave, and 6 weeks holiday allowance.
- A modern office at FOMO Works in the heart of Stavanger.
